Terms and Conditions
By submitting your registration for any programme or class (including but not limited to any trial class or audition) conducted by SuperMath, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Students will only be allowed to attend any programme or class upon full payment of all applicable fees.
- Registration may be open for programmes or classes which have already commenced at the sole discretion of SuperMath. Fees will be pro-rated accordingly.
- Registrations are not transferrable to any other person.
- All Classes/ Programmes
- No refund of any fees will be made for any class missed. A replacement class will be given when proven sick with valid proof of certified medical documents.
- For a replacement class, please write to booking@supermath.com.sg or call +65 6802 5296 within 3 days, if not replacement class will be forfeited.
- No refund of any fees will be made for any withdrawal by a student from any programme. A request for a refund may be submitted to finance@supermath.com.sg if the reason for withdrawal is due to medical reasons supported by certified medical documents. SuperMath reserves the right to accept or reject any request for a refund after assessing the circumstances on a case-by-case basis and its decision will be final.
- Refunds use the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. We cannot issue a refund to a different card or bank account.
- Refunds are issued in the same currency that the customer used to pay for the order.
- If the currency needs to be converted for a refund, then the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of order, is used in the conversion. You are charged a currency conversion fee when the payment is converted, but not when a refund is issued. Currency conversion fees and credit card fees aren’t returned to when we issued a refund.
- All prices quoted are based on Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- For physical item
- if you are not satisfied with your goods received, please write to supermart@supermath.com.sg within 3 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
- Item(s) being returned must be unused/ unworn and in the same condition that you have received. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags still attached. Item(s) must be smoke-free and perfume/ odor-free.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any loss of items in the return shipping process. We suggest that you select a shipping method with tracking information.
- To be eligible for a refund, returns must be postmarked within 10 days from the delivery date.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

- Students must diligently follow and observe all rules, guidelines of etiquette, discipline, conduct, attire and procedure set by SuperMath from time to time.
- SuperMath reserves the right to terminate a student from any programme if he/she, in SuperMath’s sole opinion, does not show seriousness during class, has discipline problems and/or fails to meet any of the programme requirements. There will be no refund of any fees.
- SuperMath reserves the right to change or cancel a scheduled class, or to change the instructor, when necessary.
- A cancelled class will be re-scheduled by SuperMath. This may be re-scheduled to a different day and/or a different time from when the class was originally scheduled.
- Every care will be taken to ensure the well-being of the students during class. However, teacher will not be with students after class when there may be a risk of personal injury. SuperMath shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, penalty, cost, expense and/or any other consequences fully arising from and/or in connection with any of its classes or programmes as may be permitted under the applicable laws and regulations.
- You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless SuperMath, its management, members and staff against all losses, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, orders, penalties and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) howsoever arising in connection with these terms and conditions.
- All exercises, class sequences and materials taught in class remain the property of SuperMath. They cannot be taught (or performed) outside the class without the prior written approval of SuperMath.
- Prior approval by SuperMath must be granted before any form of recording (photography or video recording) may be taken. All recording (photographs and videos) shall be for personal use only and not for any commercial use.
- You agree that you have read, understood and consent to SuperMath collecting, using, disclosing and processing your personal data in the manner set forth in our privacy policy. By attending our classes, courses and/or programmes you agree to our collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data to the extent necessary to process your requests and provide you with our services.
- SuperMath reserves the right to review and/or amend any term in these terms and conditions from time to time as it deems fit. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be notified to you in any manner as SuperMath may decide two weeks prior to such amendments taking effect.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
